Three columns were added to the index file. 
Tem - the number of days when growth is limited by temperature, 
Prec - the number of days when growth is limited by precipitation and soil moisture, 
Both - the number of days when there was no limitation 
(speeds from temperature and precipitation are equal)

The format of the result files has changed.
A column of duration of growing season (DOS) was added to the indices file.
A column of limiting growth factor for each day was added to the rates file, 
indicating temperature, precipitation, or both factors were limiting to growth.
